Gerade wollte ich ein Topic dazu eröffnen, aber bei der zweiten Suche nach dem Regisseur sah ich dann doch noch, dass es schon eines für den Film gibt. :wink:

Über die Story ist ja leider immer noch nichts bekannt bzw. wird sie noch unter Verschluss gehalten.

Bisher war Heath Ledger für die Hauptrolle im Gespräch, doch nun soll es wohl auch Verhandlungen mit Brad Pitt geben. Unterstütztung soll es aber wohl aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach so oder so von Sean Penn geben, der ja bereits bei "The Thin Red Line" unter Malick spielte.

Im Frühjahr soll die Produktiom wohl losgehen, sodass wir den Film vielleicht noch innerhalb des Jahres 2008 sehen können. Ich jedenfalls freu mich schon enorm drauf!

Der Titel klingt zumindest schon mal interessant...

The story ends in hope, acknowledging the beauty and joy in all things, in the everyday and above all in the family -- our first school -- the only place that most of us learn the truth about the world and ourselves, or discover life's single most important lesson, of unselfish love.

Hab ja erst überlegt, ob ich mir die Erstsichtung des Trailers aufhebe, aber letztendlich war die Neugier dann doch zu groß.

Und was soll ich sagen...man mag mir mangelnde Objektivität vorwerfen, aber ich bin schon wieder total geflasht! Schon zweimal angeguckt und ich kanns kaum erwarten ihn "richtig" zu sehen...
